Tanjung Puting National Park has some ecosystems such as dry tropical forestland, lowland, freshwater, swamp, and coastal forests. The lowland forest plants, such as Jelutung, Ramin, Meranti, Kruing, and Rattan dominate at Tanjung Puting. Endangered species should be protected inhabit Tanjung Puting National Park. They are Pongo, probosci's monkey, leaf monkey, Honey Bear, Malayan mouse deer, leopard, cat, and many more.

Sangeh Forest Tourist Park was initiated on January 1 ‘1969 and started having stability in the year 1971. With development, funding comes from voluntary donations charged to each visitor who visited Sangeh. It starts on January 1 ’1969 subjects to import levies by the law of Level II of Badung. The word of Sendangsono comes from Sendang and Sono. Sendang means Spring Water, and Sono means tree, so that means spring water under the Sono tree. This pilgrimage site locates in the Menoreh foothills and is 45 kilometers west part of Yogyakarta.
The spring water better well-known as Semagung serves as a haven for monks who want to visit Boro village, which lies in the south part of Sendangsono. May '20 ‘1904 caused the arrival of Father Van Lith, and perform baptism on 173 residents of Kalibawang using the spring water. Then Sendangsono changed to a Catholic pilgrimage function.
